The Brothers of Alabama Mu would like to welcome you to our site. We are extremely proud to have the honor of being the founding chapter of our great fraternity. At Mother Mu, we strive to uphold the principles of The True Gentleman, along with scholarship, brotherhood and service that our eight founding brothers established (nearly 156 years ago) as the mortar that holds our organization together.
We pride ourselves in all aspects of our involvement in both on-campus and off-campus activities, which has set the model for other Greek organizations at the University of Alabama to follow. Our house at 432 University Boulevard is constantly teeming with activity. There are many great efforts going on at Mother Mu and the future is bright. Please make time to stop by the house as the undergraduates always enjoy having alumni visit and witnessing the support you provide us. For those who are in the area, our doors are always open to brothers and visitors alike who would like to join us for a meal or just walk around the house and the DeVotie Hall museum.
