--Lunch - Gumbo, Cornbread, Salad Bar
--Dinner - Country Fried Steak w/Onions, New Potatoes, Field Peas, Salad Bar, Rolls
Wednesday:
--Lunch - Tacos, Fried Jalapenos, Potato Chips, Salad Bar
--Dinner - Beef Tenderloin, Augratin Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, Salad Bar, Rolls
Thursday:
--Lunch - Italian Submarines, Potato Chips, Salad Bar
--Dinner - Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatos, Green Beans, Salad Bar, Rolls
Friday:
--Lunch - Hot Wings, French Fries, Celery Sticks w/Ranch Dressing, Salad Bar
--Dinner - Not Served on Fridays
Saturday:
--Home Game Day Lunch Served on the Patio During Football Season, Approximately 3 1/2 Hours Prior to Kick-off
