Welcome to Province Epsilon of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. Our province includes all chapters and alumni associations in the State of Alabama and the western Florida panhandle.
We are a fraternity which strives to promote the highest standards of friendship, scholarship, brotherhood and service in each of its members. The True Gentleman is our creed which forms our foundation and guides SAE to reach and exceed each of these standards.
Our province currently has five active chapters. In addition, we have 12 chartered alumni associations and one under development. Our active chapters are at the University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa); Auburn University (Auburn); Birmingham-Southern College (Birmingham); the University of North Alabama (Florence) and the University of West Florida (Pensacola). Our alumni associations (both chapter and/or area) are located in the following Alabama cities: Alexander City, Auburn*, Birmingham, Florence/Shoals, Huntsville, Mobile, Montgomery, Troy and Tuscaloosa. We would like to welcome the Pensacola, Florida Area Alumni Association into our ranks as part of the province realignment approved by the Supreme Council in May 2006.
We are extremely proud to have hosted the 150th Anniversary Celebration, or Sesquicentennial on March 9 - 11, 2006, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Over 800 collegiate members, alumni and guests came to Tuscaloosa for what has been declared the largest gathering of SAE's in the history of our fraternity.
